- Kuwaiti High school
- IELTS 5.5 & more

A: The Candidate who holds the followings qualifies for MCP Programme:
- Student who intends to study in( RCSI only) Medicine, Pharmacy or Physiotherapy
- Kuwaiti High school (93% or Higher)
- IGCSE
- IELTS 5.5 or Higher
Q: Who is qualified to be accepted in 6 year the Medical Programme in various colleges in Ireland?
A: Student qualifies to be accepted in 6 year the Medical Programme in various colleges in Ireland if achieved the Followings:
- Irish Leaving Certificate with grades of (400 or Higher for RCSI) (550) for all other Universities.
- A Level with Grades of (AAB in Chemistry, Physics, Biology or Mathematics or higher)
- Recommendation letter from the school for good conduct.
- Academic references
- Passes the interview (RCSI only).
Q: Who is qualified to Medical Internship after finishing the Bachelor of Medicine?
A: Student who finishes his Bachelor of Medicine is eligible to do the Internship if:
- Had no more than one year fail during his entire Medical programme.
Q: How does a student qualify to get the distinction award?
A: Once achieve a general Average of 60% or above in Medicine and dentistry, & 65% for Pharmacy and all non medical Majors.

A: Yes, but through MOHE.

A: Only you are responsible for explanation of your absence. The college has the right to take any necessary measures.

A: The student is responsible for their own failure and must appeal or accept college rules on their own unless there’s crucial reasons and valid explanation.
Q: I had a problem with my College / University because of my attitude / behaviour / fights with teaches / students, I want the Cultural Attaché to talk to the college/university to ignore the incident(s).
A: Not unless the student has been treated unfairly and with bias, can the cultural office /attaché interfere. The college has the right to take its own reasons and the office will comply with the college decision.

A: In order for the Cultural Office to begin work on a new or prospective student's case/file, the office must have the following:
- A valid Passport
- Offer letter
- Letter from MOHE
- Two passport size photos (White background )

A: No, but the office will only pay for one time.

A: No, MCP is only designed for RCSI applicants and only recognized by RCSI.

Q: If the student fails the MCP, then Passes the ILC, will he or she get accepted in RCSI?
A: No, if a student fails the MCP, he/she will not be accepted in RCSI as the MCP is their Programme too.

A: No, as Dentistry in not one of the Disciplines in RCSI.

A: €1200 only for English Language, ILC& MCP students.

A: Yes, the Student is eligible for his monthly allowances in advance one time only during the whole academic year.
